Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique to reduce injury risk, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting versus a group class, an individually designed program equates to faster results.

PRICING

Our personal training program offers monthly subscriptions of one to four days per week. Sessions do not carry over to the following week/month.

4 SESSIONS = $300/MONTH

One (1) 50-Minute Session Per Week

8 SESSIONS = $600/MONTH

Two (2) 50-Minute Sessions Per Week

12 SESSIONS = $900/MONTH

Three (3) 50-Minute Sessions Per Week

16 SESSIONS = $1200/MONTH

Four (4) 50-Minute Sessions Per Week

2-on-1 Training = 20% Discount Per Person

3-on-1 Training = 25% Discount Per Person

4-on-1 Training = 30% Discount Per Person
