*To scale this workout, eliminate the higher rep rounds (ie. the 50s or 50s & 40s)

If you are unable to do double unders, do 1, 2, or 3 times as many single unders.

*If you don't have a jump rope, or limited space won't allow jump rope, then do the same reps for:
